皮质类固醇致接触性过敏研究进展
摘要
皮质类固醇广泛用于治疗皮肤病,导致接触性皮炎亦日益增多。由于其临床表现缺乏特异性,因此,各种类之间可发生交叉反应,其机制和规律正在迸一步研究中。如何有效地应用斑贴试验等诊断手段已引起广泛重视。对国外近几年来对皮质类固醇致接触性过敏研究新进展做一概述。
