摘要
树突状细胞作为人体最有效的抗原呈递细胞通过分泌不同的细胞因子决定Th细胞的分化方向;而银屑病是Th细胞介导的以Th1反应为主的免疫性疾病,因此就树突状细胞及其分泌的诱导Th1反应的细胞因子在银屑病中的研究作一综述。
