两种百白破联合疫苗接种后安全性比较

Safety Comparison of Two Kinds of DTP Vaccine

为了比较全细胞百白破联合疫苗 (DTwP)与无细胞百白破联合疫苗 (DTaP)在婴幼儿群体中接种后的安全性 ,对 3～ 6个月的婴儿及 18～ 2 4个月的幼儿进行了两种疫苗接种后安全性的临床观察。结果显示 :基础免疫接种DTwP后全身反应发生率为 18 0 9% ,局部反应发生率为 18 4 8% ;接种DTaP后全身、局部反应发生率均为1 97%。加强免疫接种DTwP后全身反应发生率为 34 87% ,局部反应发生率为 2 9 89% ;接种DPaT后全身反应发生率为 4 93% ,局部反应发生率为 5 80 %。

For comparison of the safety of two kinds of DTP vaccine, the DTwP and the DTPa, infants of 3-6 months old who were not infected with diphtheria, pertussis, and tetanus were selected for basic immunization of the two vaccines, while infants of 18-24 months old who had received 3 doses of basic immunization were selected for booster immunization of the two vaccines. The systemic and local reactions of the vaccines were clinically examined at 6-8h, 24h and 48h after vaccination. The results showed that the systemic and local reactions of both DTwP and DTaP after basic immunization were 18 09%, 18 48% and 1 97%, 1 97% respectively, and that of booster immunization were 34 87%, 29 89% and 4 93%, 5 80% respectively. DTaP is more safe than DTwP.
