摘要 目的:制定决明降脂茶质量控制标准。方法:对茶叶、决明子进行了薄层色谱鉴别,用比色法测定总黄酮的含量,用反相HPLC法测定决明降脂茶中大黄酚的含量。结果:总黄酮的平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为0.6%。大黄酚的平均回收率为96.6%,RSD为0.5%。结论:方法稳定可靠,可作为该产品的质量控制方法。 Objective: To study Quality Control of Juemingjiangzhicha. Method: Fructus crataegi and tea were identified by TLC. flavonoids was determined by colorimetry at 500 nm of wavelength, rutin was used as control substance, Chrysophanol was determined by RP-HPLC. Result: The average recovery and RSD of flavonoids and xiedusan were 99.1%, 0.6% (n = 6) and 99.6%, 0.5% (n = 5), respectively. Conclusion: The method is stabe and reliable, and can be used as a quality control for Juemingjiangzhicha.
