摘要
目的 :观察蜂王浆对实验性 2型糖尿病大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用。方法 :采用小剂量链脲佐菌素加高脂高热量饲料喂养的方法建立Wistar大鼠 2型糖尿病模型 ,成模后用蜂王浆 (40 0mg/kg ,早、晚各 1次 )灌胃治疗 8周 ,检测血糖、心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,并在光镜下观察大鼠心肌形态学改变。结果 :蜂王浆能明显降低大鼠血糖、丙二醛含量 ,提高超氧化物歧化酶的活力。并可改善 2型糖尿病大鼠心肌病变。结论 :蜂王浆对实验性 2型糖尿病大鼠心肌损伤具有一定保护作用 ,可能与其降血糖。
Objective: To observe the protection of Bee Royal Jelly on myocardium of diabetes mellitus Type 2.Methods:The mode of type 2 diabetes rats was made by the intravenous injection of a small dose of streptozotocin plus high caloric food. The animals were treated for 8weeks with BeeRoyal Jelly (400mg/kg, twice daily). Serum glucose and the contents of SOD、 MDA in myocardium were determined. Observed the pathologic changes by light microscopy. Results:Bee Royal Felly dropped obviously the concentration of the blood glucose and the level of MDA, enhanced the activity of SOD in the serum, the my cocardium pathologic changes of diabetesrats can be lighetened. Conclusions:Bee Rayal Jelly has the protection on myocardium of Type 2 diabetes rats. The protection of Bee Rayal Jelly on myocardium maybe related its dropping blood gluose and clearing free radical.
