摘要
目的 :本实验探讨灵芝水煎剂抗衰老作用的研究。测定老年大鼠胸腺组织中一氧化氮 (NO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)、脂褐质 (LIP)含量变化 ,观察单核细胞吞噬功能的变化。方法 :采用考马斯亮兰法测定胸腺组织中蛋白含量 ,应用化学比色法测定组织中NO、GSH -PX、LIP含量 ,采用碳粒廓清法测定单核细胞的吞噬指数。结果 :灵芝水煎剂能调节胸腺组织中NO的含量 ,使GSH -PX的含量增高 ,LIP的含量降低 ,并能提高单核巨噬系统的吞噬指数。结论 :灵芝水煎剂能起到抗氧化作用 。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of water extract of Lingzhi in anti-aging effect. This experiment expressed effect on Nitric Oxide(NO), glutathione peroxidase and LIP in thymus tissues of the aged rats by water extract of Lingzhi .Methods: After we filled the stomaches of aged rats with water extract of Lingzhi regularly, NO content、GSH-PX activity、Lipofuscin content was determed by chemical colorimetric method and tested phagocytic function of monocyte and macrophages. Results:After experimenting, NO content remarkably increased in thymus tissues, GSH-PX activity was remarkably raised in thymus tissues, LIP content remarkably decreased in thymus tissues and both phagocytic index of monocyte and macrophages were enhanced. Conclusions: Water extract of Lingzhi had a remarkable effect of antioxidase.
