摘要
锯片铣刀在热处理过程中常有变形、裂纹现象发生。本文针对这种现象进行分析研究,对材料为W_(18)Cr_4V的锯片铣刀进行热处理和性能试验,根据产生变形、裂纹的原因,提出了有效的热处理方案,从而提高锯片铣刀的性能。
The deformation and flaw of saw-tooth milling cutters happen frequently during the process of heat treatment. The problem was analyzed in this paper. The heat treatment, performance test on saw-tooth milling cutters made of W_(18)Cr_4V were performed respectively. The cause for deformation and flaw was found. An efficient heat treatment plan was proposed and the performance of saw-tooth milling cutters was improved.
