摘要
近年国内外报道利用紫外线对食用菌双核菌丝进行诱变处理曾获得高产优质菌株。为探明其菌丝尖端细胞经紫外线处理后的变化。我们对香菇的双核菌丝进行了诱变处理,通过显微镜和电子显微镜对诱变后的菌丝的尖端细胞进行了观察,发现细胞的变化主要表现为细胞质cytoplasm的变化。
It is reported that the double nucleus hypha of ediible fungi treated with ultraviolet radiation got high-output fungi. In order to prove up the change of its tip-cell, the double nucleus hypha of Lentinus edodes was treated with ultraviolet radiation. The change of the cytoplasm was found with microscope and electron microscope.
