摘要
为测定红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)水平 ,探讨脂质过氧化损害 (LPO)同新生儿溶血性黄疸之间的关系。 50例新生儿溶血性黄疸及 50例健康新生儿红细胞 ,用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定红细胞内SOD活力 ,硫化巴比妥酸法测定红细胞内MDA水平。结果 ,50例新生儿溶血性黄疸红细胞内SOD明显低于正常对照组 ,MDA明显高于正常对照组。结果表明
To determine the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), and to probe into the relationship among SOD, MDA in erythrocytes and newborn baby′s haemolysis jaundice. Methods: The SOD? MDA erythrocytes of 50 cases neborn healthy babies and 50 cases newborn baby′s haemolysis jaundice were measured by xanthinoxidase and thiobarbituric acid methods respectively. Results: The SOD (±s) in erythrocytes of 50 cases newborn baby′s haemolysis jaundice is clearly lower than 50 cases healthy baby normal contrast group, and the MDA (±s) is higher than 50 cases healthy baby normal contrast group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The erythrocytes of newborn baby haemolysis jaundice is suffered from lipid peroxidation (LPO).
