儿童良性癫痫伴枕叶爆发 被引量：2

摘要 儿童良性癫痫伴枕叶爆发是一种特发性、良性、与年龄和部位相关的癫痫综合征,主要表现为起源于枕叶的视觉症状、眼偏转发作和发作间期脑电图枕区反复阵发假节律性的高波幅棘波、棘慢综合波、尖波、尖慢综合波等癫痫波发放。临床分为早发型(Panayiotopoulos型)、晚发型(Gastaut型)及未定型。临床诊断和分型与其症状学特点有着密切的关系。
