Cervical Preparation before First Trimester Vacuum Aspiration

在负压吸引人工流产术前使用某些药物作为宫颈准备,可使宫颈软化扩张,从而减少人流术的并发症。通过比较目前临床上常用3种药物(主要为局部麻醉药、米索前列醇、米非司酮)的用法、剂量、作用效果,可见此3种药物对宫颈软化扩张都有效,但均有副反应,且米索前列醇和米非司酮在剂量及用法上尚未有一致的看法。建议临床上使用时应根据具体情况加以选择。

For the ability of cervical-softening, some medicine can be used to do cervical preparation before first trimester vacuum aspiration, including cervix softening and dilatation, and the complication can be decreased. We reviewed several kinds of medicine, for example, anesthetic, misoprostol and mifeprostone, which are frequently used in clinic. The usage, doses, effect of these medicine were compared to guide their clinical use. We believe these medicine are effective to cervical softening and dilatation, which may also have some side effects respectively. More over, the usage and dose of misoprostol and mifeprostone are not generally agreed. We suggest that different medicine be used allording to different condition of batients.
