支气管哮喘患者血清细胞因子的测定及意义 被引量:1

The significance of detection of interleukin-12,13,16 and RANTES in serum of patients with bronchial asthma

摘要 目的:探讨白细胞介素(IL)-12、13、16和RANTES(regulateduponactivationnormalTcellexpressedandsecreted)在支气管发病机制中的作用。方法:收集38例急性发作期哮喘患者、22例缓解期哮喘患者以及15名正常人的血清,用ELISA法测定IL-12、IL-13、IL-16和RANTES水平。结果:与正常人比较,无论是急性期还是缓解期哮喘患者,血清IL-12水平明显低下(P<0.01)、且急性期低于缓解期(P<0.01);IL-13、IL-16和RANTES水平明显升高(P<0.01),且急性期高于缓解期(P<0.05或0.01)。急性发作期哮喘患者经治疗后IL-12水平明显升高(P<0.01)、但仍低于正常水平(P<0.01);IL-13、IL-16水平明显下降(P<0.01),但仍高于正常水平(P<0.01),而RANTES则降至正常水平。此外,血清IL-12、IL-13、IL-16和RANTES水平之间密切相关(P<0.05或0.01))。结论:IL-12、IL-13、IL-16和RANTES参与哮喘的发病过程,其中IL-13、IL-16和RANTES对哮喘气道炎症具有正调节作用,IL-12对哮喘气道炎症具有负调节作用。 Objective:To explore the roles of interleukin (IL)-12,13,16and RANTES in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma .Methods:Serum samples were obtained from38asthmatic patients with an acute attack,22asthmatic patients in the remission stage and15healthy subjects.ELISA method was used to determine the concentrations of IL-12,Il-13,IL-16and RANTES in serum.Results:IL-12levels of asthmatic patients in both acute attack and remission stages were significantly lower than those of in healthy subjects,While the IL-12levels of asthmatic patients in the acute attack stage were significantly lower than in the remission stage.on the contrary,IL-13、IL-16and RANTES levels of asthmatic patients in both acute attack and remission stages were significantly higher than those of the healthy subjects and IL-13、IL-16and RANTES levels of asthmatic patients with acute attack were sig-nificantly higher than those with remission.An efficient antiasthma treatment led to significant increase in IL-12levels and significant decrease in IL-13、IL-16and RANTES levels in patients with acute asthma.It was found that serum levels of IL-12IL-13、IL-16and RANTES were closely correlated.Conclusions :IL-13、IL-16and RANTES are involved in the asthmatic process.IL-13、IL-16and RANTES have a positive modulating effect on allergic airway inflammation in asthma.but IL-12has a negative modulating effect.
