本文从世界各国知识产权立法对数字图书馆的建设的影响 ,分析了传统图书馆、数字图书馆以及数字图书馆信息资源建设中涉及的知识产权问题 ,提出在数字图书馆的建设过程中应兼顾知识产权的保护与社会利益平衡的原则。
