Studies on the Relationship among Pathogens of Corn Stalk Rot

玉米茎腐病病原菌瓜果腐霉菌(Pythium aphanidermarum)、禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminea-rum)和串珠镰刀菌(F.moniliforme)在PDA培养基和盆栽小苗以及田间植株上交互接种相互关系的研究结果表明:三种病原菌之间存在着不同程度的拮抗作用,F.graminearam对其它2种病原菌生长的抑制作用最明显,F.moniliforme次之,P.aphanidermatum表现不明显。接种时应注意种菌的次序,以便充分发挥其致病作用。

Relationship among Pythium aphanidermatum, Fusarium grami- nearum and F. moniliforme which cause corn sta1k rot was determined by crossly inoculating PDA,seedlings in pot culture, and plants in the field with these pathogens. Results suggested that the antagonisms of various extents appeared among the three pathogens.For example, F. graml- nearum inhibited most obviously the growth of others,and F. monili- forme did second, whereras no evident antagonism was caused by P. aphanidermatum. It should be emphasized that the inoculation order of the three pathogens was a key factor which influenced the full expres- sion of pathogenicity of pathogen.
