大白菜雄性不育遗传规律的研究 被引量:22

摘要 利用9个大白菜(Brassica pekinensis Rupr.)雄性不育两用系为试材,采用双列杂交及回交方法,对大白菜雄性不育性的遗传规律研究结果表明,9个供试两用系可分为5种类型。用第1种类型两用系的不育株与第2种类型两用系的可育株杂交,获得了稳定遗传的雄性不育系。进一步对所获得雄性不育系的遗传机制研究发现,其不育性是由两对显性立效基因和一系列微效修饰基因共同控制的。提出了大白菜细胞核主效基因显性抑制及微效基因修饰的雄性不育遗传模式。 Research work has been done on the inheritance of male sterility in Chinese Cabbage (Brassica pekinensis Rupr.) with 9 AB lines (50% of plants in AB lines is male sterile, other 50% is male fertile). It is showed that the 9 AB lines could be classified into five groups. Four male sterile lines were obtained from the crosses between the male sterile plants of AB line in group Ⅰ and the male fertile plants of AB lines in group Ⅱ. Futher studies revealed that the male sterility of AB lines in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,and the four male sterile lines was controlled by two pairs of dominant genes with interactive inhibition. The male sterility was also related to a series of minor modifying genes. A genetic model of Interactive Inhibition of Dominant Genes and Modification of Minor Genes was arisen.
