摘要
多通道自动扫描采样数据采集卡PCI-9112,具有模拟量输出和数字量输入输出等多种功能,附有程序开发包。该卡在火工品爆炸测试中,按照非触发双缓冲异步连续模拟输入模式进行设计。双缓冲循环缓冲器大小为4000个样本,利用模拟输入通道0采样压力信号,模拟输入通道1采样温度信号,模拟输出通道0输出控制信号。2s采样20万个有效数据的采样程序,可获得火工品爆炸过程的压力和温度的时间曲线。
PCI-9112 data acquisition card has functions of analogue output and digital I/O etc, attached with kits. PCI-9112 is designed according to the input model of asynchronous continuous simulation for non-trigger double buffer. 4000 samples is set in double buffer, the pressure and temperature signals are respectively sampled by channel 0 and channel 1, at the same time control signal is put out with the analogue output channel 0. The 200000 valid data sampled by the program in 2s can form the pressure-time and temperature-time curves of exploding process of initiating explosive device.
