Decision Supporting System for Emergency Guarantee of Storehouse Materials

仓库物资应急保障决策支持系统由数据库、模型库、地理信息和管理等子系统组成,设有应急人员、设备总需求和作业环节量需求决策模型。管理系统选择决策模型,协调系统关系。数据库系统以编码类、数据库类、模型类、输出类等文件实现数据的录入、提取、维护。模型库系统以模型库函数建立、修改、删除、重构和控制各决策模型。地理信息系统实现对地理信息的获取、分析、存储和管理。系统采用PB MAPX开发,根据决策条件求解选定决策模型,可生成库站标图,工艺流程图、人员分布图和设备清单等。

The decision supporting system for emergency guarantee of storehouse materials consists of database, model storehouse, geography information and management subsystems. It has decision models of emergency people, total demand of equipment and operation quantity. Choosing decision model and harmonizing systematic relation is completed with management subsystem. The record of input, draw, and maintain of database subsystem is realized with database files of coding, database and model kinds etc. Establishing, modifying and delete of model storehouse function, reconstruct and control of each decision models is fulfilled with model storehouse subsystem. Obtaining, analyzing, saving and managing geography information is realized with geography information system. This system is developed with PB-MAPX, and according to decision condition, decision model is selected to generate storehouse station mark picture, process chart, the chart of personnel distribution and equipment list etc.
