摘要
目的 :总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补方法 ,以提高腹股沟疝修补手术疗效 ;方法 :采用美国Bard公司产品 (Bardmeshperbixplug)修补腹股沟疝共 1 1 9例 ;结果 :随访时间最长 3年 ,无复发病例 ,无切口感染 ,3例有异物感 ;结论 :本手术简化了腹股沟疝修补术的步骤 ,降低术后复发率 ,是一种值得推广的疝手术方法。
Objective: To review the case experienced mesh plug hernia repair to improve the efficiency of hernia repair.Method: The data of 119 cases experienced mesh plug hernia repair using Bard mesh perbix plug made in USA were reviewed. Result: All patients were followed up 3 years and no any recurrence was found. Conclusion: It is a better way for hernia repair.
