果胶酶——丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳在核盘菌属真菌分类上的应用

摘要 利用果胶酶——丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(Pectin—Acrylamide Gels)对核盘菌属8个菌株进行了分类研究,其结果与传统分类方法所得结果基本吻合。通过凝胶电泳检测出2种不同的酶带,即果胶甲酯酶(Pectin esterase)和多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(Polygalacturonase)酶带。种间的主酶带迁移率不同,分类效果明显。结果表明,果胶酶酶谱分析可作为核盘菌种间分类的实用生化指标。 A new, rapid and sensitive electrophoretic method, Pectin Acrylamide gel electrophoresis was used in taxonomy of Sclerotinia. The results from electrophoresis were identical with that from other tradi- tional approaches used in taxonomy of Sclerotinia. Two types of enzyme bands,i. e. PE and PG were detected in the gel. Results suggested that Rf of main bands was different among various species in Genus Sclero- tinia.So the pectinase profile could be applied as a subsidiary standard in the taxonomy of fungi which produce pectic enzymes.
