Rehabilitation of developmental dyslexia and its neural basis

摘要 总结了西方有关发展性阅读障碍的康复训练研究及康复的神经基础。这些康复方法依据发展性阅读障碍的成因理论分为两种类型:以语音加工为基础的训练方法和以感知觉加工为基础的训练方法。以语言加工为基础的训练计划使用诸如音素、音节操作、字母-音素转换、非词拼读之类的任务来提高阅读困难儿童的阅读水平和速度;以感知觉加工为基础的训练计划则使用物理的方法,变化声音刺激在音高、持续时间、强度以及时间间隔上的模式,促进儿童对语音的知觉,提高儿童听觉和语言加工的能力。研究表明,在大部分情况下,这些康复训练能使阅读障碍儿童的阅读水平得到提高,阅读所依赖的脑区(包括左半球颞-顶联合区、额下回等)的神经活动逐渐变化,越来越靠近正常读者的激活模式。
