摘要
介绍了表面等离子体共振(SPR)技术在生物、生化以及免疫检测应用中的传感器制备方法,检测系统以及样品测试方法,讨论了SPR技术的几种生化分析应用,给出了测试结果,提出了改进措施。
The application of Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technology in the preparation of sensors which are widely used in biology- biochemistry and immunity inspection is reported. We also introduce the methods of its preparation- sample measurement and detection system. Finally- we discuss some applications of SPR in the biochemistry analysis- give out our results and the advanced steps.
