摘要
本文介绍一种用于心衰治疗的新型无创辅助循环装置。它以奔腾PC机和16位80C196KC单片机组成的上下位机为控制主机,以心电R波为触发产生控制脉冲去控制胸部充气背心(VEST)和下半身序贯加压(增强型体外反搏,EECP),实施辅以体外反搏的胸部充气背心辅助循环术(VCAC),即收缩期VEST辅助心脏射血,舒张期EECP改善心肌血供。此外,还有实施EECP,实时监测心电、脉搏血氧等基本生理信号和采集8道其他模拟信号和数据存盘分析等功能。犬心衰模型动物实验初步表明,VEAC具有VEST和EECP的优点且互补,同时增强心脏射血和改善心肌血供,达到了辅助循环的目的。
A new apparatus of non-invasive assisted circulation was developed for treating heart failure. It includes the control system and the executive system. The control system consisted of a Pentium PC and a 16-bit single-chip microcomputer (SCM). The PC is used as master computer with 32-bit Windows Operation System and the SCM is used as slave computer. The executive system includes Thoracic Pneumatic Vest (VEST) and Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP). According to the trigger of R wave of ECG- the apparatus performed the assisted circulation by compressing the chest by VEST in systole to assist heart ejection and lower body compression by EECP in diastole to enhance myocardial perfusion. In addition- the apparatus has the function of performing EECP,monitoring ECG and pulse oxygen saturation- and other acquiring 8-analog signals channels data and analyzing the stored data offline. The experiment of canine model with heart failure indicated that the VEAC have the virtues of both VEST and EECP and these virtues can complement each other; that VEAC can enhance the cardiac ejection and coronal perfusion simultaneously; and that VEAC can achieve the aim of assisted circulation.
