摘要
本文描述一套新型无创辅助循环实验装置的控制系统,该实验装置主要用于无创辅助循环方法治疗心衰等心脏疾病的研究。本控制系统采用上下位机结构,上位机是IBMPC兼容机,下位机是单片机系统,上下位机之间采用USB接口通讯。下位机的主要功能是根据上位机系统传递下来的控制参数,按照特定的算法,产生8路控制脉冲信号,控制电磁阀组动作。上位机的主要功能是实现整个系统的协调控制,模拟信号采集、显示和存盘,ECG的R波识别,控制脉冲的显示,监测参数设置与存盘,工作模式选择,控制方案设置、存盘与调用,以及为用户提供友好的人机交互界面等。为了使系统具有功能可扩展性,满足科研的需要,该系统利用了PSD芯片技术和设计了功能扩展插槽。
This essay describes a set of control system of an assisted circulation experimental apparatus. The apparatus is mainly used to research the therapeutic efficacy of assisted circulation treating the heart failures. The control system adopts master-slave structure- the master computer is IBM PC and the slave computer is single-chip microcomputer (SCM) system. The communication is accomplished by USB interface. The main function of the slave computer is to put out 8-channel control pulse signals by special algorithm according to the parameters passed down by the master computer. The main function of the master computer is to coordinate the whole system- identify the R wave of ECG- display the analog signals and control pulse series produced by the salve computer- save the analog signal- set up and save the monitoring parameters- set up the work mode- set up and save the control parameters plans. In addition- it offers users a friendly operating interface. USB interface is mainly used to communicate between the master computer and the slave computer. The control system adopts the PSD chip technology and designs extension slots in order that it can be extended conveniently.
