摘要 用跳台、避暗和水迷宫法观察对小鼠记忆行为的影响。结果发现,归脾汤灌胃15.0g(生药)/kg能改善小鼠记忆获得能力,也能明显对抗东莨菪碱对小鼠记忆力获得的破坏作用。对小鼠全血和脑内胆碱酯酶活性有显著抑制作用。能显著抑制小鼠肝、脑过氧化脂质和脑内脂褐质的生成。归脾汤灌胃15.0,30.0g/kg能显著提高小鼠血浆超氧化物歧化酶的活性,对小鼠红细胞内过氧化氢酶活性亦有升高趋势。 Gui-Pi-Tang, a famous ancient Chinese recipe traditionally used as a Qi tonic for invigorating the spleen was studied for its memory-promoting and anti-peroxidation actions. The decoction of Gui-Pi-Tang given orally to mice at a dose of 15g/kg for 15 days,could significantly decrease the number of mistakes (p<0.05), as assessed by step-down and step-through tests and prevent the scopolamine-induced memory impairment(p<0.05), as assessed by step-down, step-through and water maze tests. The decoction showed inhibitory effect on the activity of cholinesterase in mouse blood (p<0.01) and brain (p<0.05), which suggests that the memory-promoting effect of Gui-Pi-Tang might be related to the activation of cholinergic system. At the dose of 15g/kg Guj-Pi-Tang markedly inhibited the lipid peroxidation in the brain and liver of the mice and decreased the content of lipofuscin in the mouse brain. At the doses of 15 and 30g/kg Gui-Pi-Tang showed an increasing dosedependent effect on plasma superoxide dismutase activity, and an increasing tendency of erythrocyte catalase activity.
