摘要 大肠癌常规化疗疗效不尽人意。淋巴靶向化疗能有效防治大肠癌淋巴道转移 ,降低术后复发 ,改善预后 ,有着广阔发展前景。现就大肠癌淋巴靶向化疗的概念、临床意义、常用剂型。
