摘要
[目的 ]建立葛芪通脉颗粒中葛根素含量测定的高效液相色谱法。 [方法 ]采用C18色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 0 μm )以甲醇 水 磷酸 (2 5∶75∶1)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 5 0nm .[结果 ]葛根素在 16~ 5 6 μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 9999)。样品溶液于 2 4小时内稳定 ,精密度RSD为 0 15 % ,回收率为 10 0 17%。 [结论 ]本法简便 。
AIM To establish a HPLC mathod for the determination of Puerarin in Geqitongmaikeli.[METHODS] The column: C 18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm ). The mobile phase: methanol-water-phosphoric acid(25∶75∶1). The content of Puerarin was detected at 250 nm. [RESULTS] The linear range of the determination by HPLC is 16~56 μg/ml, the correlation coefficient is 0.999 9, the sample solution is stable within 24 h and the precision is good (RSD 0.15%).The recovery results are 100.17%. [CONCLUSION] The method is easy to operate and accurate.
