SYNTHESIS OF DERIVATIVES OF DOCOSAHEXAENOIC ACID

以分离鱼油得到的二十二碳六烯酸为原料,设计合成了10个尚未见文献报道的醇酯类和酚酯类衍生物。并测定了它们对由ADP诱导的血小板凝聚的抑制作用。实验初步结果表明:其中4个与阿司匹林相比,有较强的抑制血小板凝聚作用。

Ten derivatives of DHA (alcoholic and phenolic esters) were synthesized which had not been reported before and their action on ADP-induced platelet aggregation in vitro was examined. The preliminary results observed showed that four of them have stronger inhibiting activity than aspirin.
