摘要
本文对广金钱草多糖类进行了提取和精制,并通过电导法观察精制前后对一水草酸钙结晶生长的抑制作用,发现精制后比精制前的作用更强。
In the present study, polysaccharide was extracted from desmodium styracifolium(osb.) Merr and was purified.By using conductometry,the prohibitory effect of both crude and purified product was investigated on the growth of calcium oxalate monohydrate crystals.Our conclusion is that the purified product exhibits stronger prohibitory effect than the crude one.
