摘要
胎盘组织液广泛用于临床,但其主要成分及含量测定方法目前国内尚无统一标准,本文拟用定磷法测其核酸的含量作为胎盘组织液的质量标准。本法回收率为99.9%,CV%=0.439.
Tissue liquid of human placenta has long found its wide clinical application but there is not yet a criterion for its main constituents in China. In this study the phosphrous of nucleicacid in tissue liquid of human placenta was chosen as a standard and the quantity of phosphrous was determined by colorimetry. This method is recommendable because of its good resulte. The mean recoveryrate was 99.96% (CV=0.439%).
