摘要
本文采用氯仿-甲醇-醋酸盐缓冲液(pH3.8)(65-25-3.5)为流动相,碱性硅胶H为固定相,对制备的新型药用亲油性表面活性剂的蛋黄磷脂各组分进行了定性定量分析,并对磷脂定性分析方法进行了探讨。
Described here is the separation of egg phospholipids on a basic silica gel H plate developed with chloroform-methanol-acetate buffer solution (pH 3.8) (65:25:3.5). The method was used effectively to separate phosphatidylcholine (PC), leso-phosphatidylcholine (LPC), leso-phosphatidylethanolamine (LPE), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), phosphatidylinositol (PI), sphingomyelin (SM), cholesterine (Chol), and vitamine E(V_E) in thesamples tested. The method was also applied qualitatively.
