一阶导数光谱法测定口服乳剂中FT-207含量 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用一阶导数光谱法测定了口服乳剂中FT-207的含量。实验结果证明,在波长287~293nm范围内防腐剂尼泊金无干扰,在290nm的特定波长下空白乳剂与药物FT-207的浓度均与各自的振幅D值具有良好的线性关系,其相关系数分别为0.9997与1.0000.该方法简便、准确,回收率可达99.5%,变异系数为0.58%. The paper describes the quantitative determination of ftorafur (FT-207) in its oral emulsion by first order derivative UV spectrophotometric method. It is found that the first order derivative UV spectral amplitude(D) at 290nm was linear with the concentration of both blank emultion and FT-207 oral emultion,the correlation coeffients being 0.9997 and 1.0000.But Nipagin at the same wavelength did not interfere with the determination. The recovery of FT-207 was 99.50%, the coeffient of variation (CV)0.58%.
