摘要
考察苏氨酸产生菌GSR 8-25的原生质体制备及再生的最佳条件,并用紫外线(uv)诱变处理其原生质体,从再生株中筛选苏氨酸高产菌株。经多次连续诱变处理得一再生株25-20,其苏氨酸产量由出发菌株的15mg/ml提高到21.5mg/ml,提高率达43.3%.
A study on the protoplasts of strain GSR8-25 was made so as to find the optimal conditions for the formation and regeneration of the protoplasts. The protoplasts were mutated with ultra-violet(UV). High L-threonine-yielding mutants were selected from a large number of regenerative strains. After repeating this procedure for three times, strsin 25-20 was obtained. L-threonine was accumulated to 21.5mg/ml in suitable conditions, which means an increase of 43.3% over the yield of starting strain GSR8-25.
