Lead poisoning and children's health

综述了儿童铅中毒的诊断标准 ,我国儿童铅中毒现状 ,铅中毒对儿童健康的影响 ,阐述了铅中毒对儿童体格发育、血液及造血系统、心理行为及智力发育、学习能力影响的机理。概括了儿童铅中毒的原因 ,论述了当前国内外防治儿童铅中毒的主要措施。旨在提高广大医务工作者对儿童铅中毒的正确认识 ,及时采取切实可行的早期健康教育和有效的防治措施 ,达到保护儿童身心健康的目的。

This article summarized the criteria for diagnosis of childhood lead poisoning and revealed the high incidence of lead poisoning in Chinese children. Also, it explored the possible mechanism of lead poisoning and it's effects on children's health-not only on the physical/mental development and hematopoietic system, but also on the learning ability and psychological behavior. The causes and main measures of prevention and treatment for children's lead poisoning in domestic and abroad at present were also reviewed. The aim of this paper was to enhance clinician's recognization for the characteristics of lead poisoning, so as to take active intervention, early health education and effective measures of prevention and treatment to improve children's physical and mental health and help children achieve optimal quality of life.
