鼻内镜手术加鼻外进路治疗慢性额窦炎

Endoscopy and surgery through the outside of nose approach in treating chronic frontal sinusitis

目的 :探讨治疗慢性额窦炎的新术式。方法 :为 11例慢性额窦炎行常规鼻内镜手术切除筛房病变加经面部弧形小切口根治额窦内病变 ,同时上下联合扩大鼻额管至前后 10～ 12mm ,左右 6～ 8mm。结果 :11例均术后 1周痊愈出院 ,随访 6月～ 4年无复发。结论 :本术式损伤小 ,在根治病变的同时缩短了术后治疗时间 ,避免了并发症及复发 ,是治疗慢性额窦炎安全、有效的手术方法。

Objective:To explore a new surgery method in treating chronic frontal sinusitis.Method:11 cases with chronic frontal sinusitis were performed endoscopy operation by resection ethmoidal cells lesion and resection frontal sinus lesion through fascial arc incision,and widen the frontonasal duct to 10～12mm in front and behind ,to 6～8mm in the left and right.Result:Followed up for 6 months to 4 years,all were cured and out of hospital in one week without relapse.Conclusion:This method has the advantages of little injury,short time of treatment.It is safe and effect in treating chronic frontal sinusitis without complication and relapse.
