游离口腔黏膜瓣修复鼻腔恶性肿瘤切除后缺损

The application of oral mucosal free flap in repairing defect after nasal malignant tumor resection

目的 :探讨切除鼻腔恶性肿瘤后 ,利用游离口腔黏膜瓣移植修复创面的疗效。方法 :研究组应用口腔颊部游离黏膜瓣修复鼻腔恶性肿瘤切除术后的创面缺损 (n =18) ,并与未做移植瓣者 (n =10 )对照分析。结果 :研究组患者创面一期愈合时间短于对照组 ,且术后干鼻症状明显改善 ,肿瘤切除完善 ,随访 1年无复发。结论 :游离口腔黏膜瓣移植修复鼻腔恶性肿瘤术后较大创面能有效地促进创面愈合 ,改善术后干鼻症状。

Objective: To investigate the effect of oral mucosal free flaps in the reconstruction of defect after nasal malignant tumor removal. Method: 18 cases with nasal malignant tumor removal defect were reconstructed with oral mucosal free flap and compared with 10 similar cases without grafting flaps. Result: The course of primary healing in observation group was significantly less than that in control group, xerorhinitis in observation group was improved significantly. Tumor was resected radically in all cases, without recurrence after follow-up one year. Conclusion: The application of oral mucosal free flap to repairing defect after nasal malignant tumor resection can promote the wound healing more effectively, and improve postoperative xerorhinitis.
