粘弹剂驱逐法取出眼前段非磁性异物

Extraction of anterior segment nonmagnetic intraocular foreign bodies with viscoelastics

目的 :探讨眼前段非磁性异物取出的方法。方法 :在异物周围及后方注射一定量的粘弹剂 (玻璃酸钠 ) ,凭借粘弹剂对异物娩出通道的软弹性扩张作用和对异物的软弹性推力 ,使异物随骤然涌出的粘弹剂自然 ,或略借自制鸭嘴状 (匙状 )驱逐针头辅以机械外力娩出眼外。结果 :本组 2 7例、2 8眼眼前段非磁性异物均被安全、快捷地取出 ,无手术误伤及手术并发症 ,且术后反应均较轻。结论 :该手术方法对取出眼前段非磁性异物效果较好 ,对取出眼前段磁性异物也有效 。

Objective:To explore a new technique on the extraction of anterior segment nonmagnetic intraocular foreign bodies.Methods:A lot of viscoelastics (sodium hyaluronate) were injected around the foreign body, and especially behind the foreign body. By dint of viscoelastic matter`s viscoelastic-expansion for the passage and viscoelastic- push for the foreign body, parturition of the foreign body was completed while the viscoelastics gushed suddenly, sometimes it was assisted by mechanical force while using the self-regulating syringe needle.Results:27 cases (28 eyes) with nonmagnetic intraocular foreign bodies were all removed safely and quickly. No accidental injure and complication occured during the operation, and the reaction after operation was very slight.Conclusion:This technique is highly fit for the extraction of the anterior segment nonmagnetic intraocular foreign bodies, it is also valuable for anterior segment magnetic intraocular foreign bodies, and it is deserved to popularize in clinic.
