泪小管断裂一期吻合术

The primary anastomosis for lacrimal tube break

目的 :探讨泪小管断裂一期吻合术的手术方法及治疗效果。方法 :显微镜下为泪小管断裂伤后2 4h内的 4 6例施行一期吻合术 ,以硬膜外麻醉管插入泪小管鼻侧断端 3～ 5mm ,勿需进入泪总管 ,术后插管固定 2月。结果 :4 6例手术均成功 ,无泪管损伤 ,术后不流泪。结论 :2 4h内实施泪小管断裂一期吻合术是成功的保障。

Objective:To investigate the method and effect of primary anastomosis for lacrimal tube break.Method:46 cases with lacrimal tube break were performed the primary anastomosis in 24 hours. In the operation, the anesthesia tube was intubated into the nasal side of lacrimal tube break for 3 to 5 mm and stayed for 2 months.Results: All were successful without injury of lacrimal tube and lachrymation.Conclusion:Anastomosis in 24 hours is the key for success of lacrimal tube break.
