摘要
目的 :探讨突发性聋的病因、治疗及预后。方法 :分析 138例突发性聋的临床资料。结果 :138例中经综合治疗有效 10 8例 ,其中治愈 38例 ,显效 4 4例 ,有效 2 6例 ,总有效率为 75 % ,10 8例中发病时间在 1周内 6 5例 ,占 6 0 % ,4 0岁以下 36例 (男 2 2例 ) ,占 6 0 %。结论 :突发性聋的病因为病毒感染或内耳供血障碍或圆窗膜破裂等 ,宜采取综合治疗 ,预后与初诊听阈、年龄、性别、病程、有无眩晕、高低频音听阈差有关。
Objective:To explore the cause,treatment and prognosis of sudden deafness.Methods: The clinic data of 138 cases of sudden deafness were analyzed.Results:By comprehensive treatment 38 cases were cured,44 cases had obvious effect, 26 cases had effect and the effective rate was 75%. 65 cases (60%) came on this disease in one week,36 cases′ ages were under 40 (22 were male). Conclusion: The causes of sudden deafness which is acknowledged at present are viral infection,blood supply disturbance of inner ear or traumatic rupture of round window membrane. Prognosis is related with the age, sex, course of disease,having or no vertigo,first visiting hearing threshold,frequency sound threshold difference?
