高压氧配合西药治疗突发性聋疗效分析

Clinical analysis of the effect of sudden deafness treated by hyperbaric oxygenation and medicine

目的 :探讨高压氧配合西药治疗突发性聋的疗效。方法 :用高压氧配合西药治疗突发性聋 4 1例、4 4耳 ,并与单纯应用西药治疗 4 2例、4 6耳比较。结果 :高压氧组总有效率为 81.82 % ,单纯西药治疗组总有效率为 5 4.35 %。结论 :高压氧配合西药治疗突发性聋 ,听力恢复快 。

Objective: To explore the effect of treating sudden deafness with hyperbaric oxygenation and medicine. Method : 41 cases(44 ears) were treated with hyperbaric oxygenation and medicine, while the other 42 cases(46 ears) were simply treated with medicine. The outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the hyperbaric oxygenation group was 81.82%,the group simply treated with medicine was 54.35%. Conclusion :By hyperbaric oxygenation and medicine,the hearing recovers fast, and its result is apparently better than that in medicine group.
