摘要
本文总结了软革(软鞋面革、服装手套革、家具革、软包革)在加工中采用多工序分步加脂方法,该法结合稳定性好,耐电解质,并能与相应各工序中的其他材料相容,以确保加脂剂乳液在该工序的操作条件下具有一定的稳定性能,顺利进入革内,促使油脂均匀分布。经加脂后革柔软、丰满、弹性好,不松面、不油腻。
The method of subsection fatliquoring in several procedures of Supple leather (soft supper leather, clothing leather, glove leather, furniture leather, soft bag leather) was summarized. Using this method, fatliquoring agent can go into the leather easily and distribute evenly with the properties of good combination stability, resistance to electrolyte, and matching with other materials in the relevant process. The supple leather was obtained with full, elasticity, not loosing grain and fatness.
