系统聚类法在生态区域规划中的应用

Application of Hierarchical Clustering Methods in Eco-region Division

采用系统聚类法 ,对 2 0 0 2年我国南方稻区长江中下游中籼迟熟优质组水稻品种区试汇总资料进行了分析。结果表明 :13个试验点可规划为 9个生态区域 ,试验点的选取基本切合实际。

A hierarchical clustering method was applied to analyze the data of rice variety regional test. Total data of meddle-indica rice from late cropping good-quality group of National South Rice Region in 2002 was analyzed and the results showed that thirteen experimental plots were divided into nine eco-regions, so it wasn't thorough appropriate to choose.
