摘要
以7个品种(系)为材料按Griffing(Ⅳ)方法双列杂交配制组合21个,对洋葱主要品质性状的杂种优势进行了研究分析。结果表明,鳞茎紧实度、蛋白质含量和丙酮酸含量大多表现为负向的杂种优势,可溶性固形物含量和可溶性糖含量具有较强的正向杂种优势,干物质含量的杂种优势表现为较广泛的分布。
A diallel cross among seven onion varieties using complete diallel design of Griffing’s method IV was made.The data of heterosis were observed in all crosses for six characters.The results indicated that most of the heterosis of bulb tightness,protein content and pyruvic acid content were negative.Soluble solid content and soluble sugar content showed pos-itive heterosis generally.While dry weight content showed a very widely range of heterosis.
