摘要
本工作应用细胞培养、~3氢·胸腺嘧啶核苷参入和斑点杂交的方法,观察到血管紧张素Ⅱ(AGTⅡ)明显促进培养的自发性高血压大鼠的主动脉平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的增殖和c-fos原癌基因的表达;该效应可显著为心房钠尿肽(ANP)所抑制。
By means of technique of cell culture, ~3H-thymidine incorporation and dotblot, it was demonstrated that angiotensin Ⅱ(AGT Ⅱ) stimulated proliferationand c-fos oncogene expression in cultured SHR vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC)in a dose-dependent manner. This effect of AGT Ⅱ was significantly inhibited byco-incubation with ANP. The results suggest that proliferation of VSMC is regulat-ed by some interaction between AGT Ⅱ and ANP.
