The first page copy (sci tech periodicals) or the copyright page copy (books) of references must be offered with revised manuscripts by authors. According to these copies, editors can check the truthfulness and correctness of the references. In this paper, how to do it is introduced, the experiences are summarized, and the defects are pointed out. It is proved that the advantages are more obvious than the shortcomings by taking this measure. This measure should be further perfected and spread.
