摘要
应对我国加入WTO后的挑战是工科高校学报改革的外部要求 ,适应高教体制改革、高校合并重组的形势是高校工科学报改革的内部要求 ,追求经济效益是工科高校学报改革的自身要求。从这 3个方面阐述工科高校学报面向企业进行办刊模式改革的必要性和必然性。认为要克服和解决改革面临的困难与问题必须进行办刊体制创新 ,面向企业办刊 ,实现办刊的市场化、产业化、特色化、联盟化。
Three requirements stimulate the journals of technological universities to further reform: China's entrance to WTO is the exterior requirement, the reorganization of higher learning institutions is the interior requirement, and the emphasizing of economic benefits is the requirement of itself. From these three aspects the authors explain the necessities for the journals of technological universities to publish for the enterprises. Consequently the methods of publishing the journals for the enterprises are suggested.
