摘要 国外学校效能研究已历经二十多年的发展,取得了一定的成就,对各国的教育实践及教育政策产生了重大的影响。本文总结了国外学校效能研究的主要观点和结论,阐述了效能研究所面临的困境以及某些需要进一步深入研究的方面。
