摘要
介绍催化裂化-溶剂脱沥青组合工艺在玉门炼油化工总厂的应用情况。结果表明实施催化裂化-溶剂脱沥青组合工艺可以分别提高丙烷脱沥青装置轻脱油和重脱油收率7%和5%;同时轻脱油100℃运动粘度由23mm2/s下降到11.33mm2/s,作为高粘度润滑油原料的优势丧失。
The application of FCC-SDA combination process in Yumen Petroleum Processing and Chemical Complex was introduced. The commercial application showed that the yields of LDAO and HDAO could be increased by 7% and 5%. At the same time,the kinematic viscosity of LDAO decreased from 23 mm2/s(100℃) to 11.33 mm2/s(100℃), so that its predominance as the raw oils of high viscosity lube base oil lost.
