摘要
以四聚丙烯烷基酚为主要原料,合成高碱值硫化烷基酚钙。首先对几种不同工艺路线进行考察,选取一条采用溶剂的工艺路线,然后分别考察影响产品质量的各种因素,确定最佳工艺条件,最后又进行中型规模的放大试验,所制得的中、小试产品的理化指标合格,模拟评定及初步台架评定结果与国外同类剂OLOA 219基本相当。
The sulfurized calcium alkyl phenate with high base number is synthesized with tetrapolypropylene as the main raw material.First,several different processes are investigated and the one with solvent is selected to study respectively the diversified factors of affecting the quality of products.And then,the optimal process conditions are determined.At last,the enlarge test for medium scale is performed.The results from the pilot and lab trial show that the physico-chemical targets of products are qualified,and the evaluation results from the simulation and the primary bench test are equivalent to that of foreign congener additives OLOA-219.
