摘要
用实地行车试验方法(主要是模拟城市中家庭和商务用车的使用情况),对通过台架评定的较低功能添加剂加量的汽油机油实际使用性能进行考察,对行车试验过程中发动机油性能的变化进行分析,并对试验结束后发动机主要零部件进行评分,综合评价发动机油的使用性能。试验结果表明,较低功能添加剂加量的SF汽油机油在试验行驶过程中未产生与机油有关的车辆异常,试验过程中台架评定数据表明油品的氧化性能、抗磨性能和油泥分散性能完全可以满足车辆的使用要求。
With field tests, mainly on family and business automobiles, the actual serviceabilities of SF gasoline engine oils with low dosage of functional additives are evaluated,which has passed the bench tests. The samples from crankcase oils during the field tests and the grade of sludge formed on the parts of engine after the field tests are analyzed. The test results show that there is no wrong with auto related to the SF gasoline engine oil with low dosage of functional additives during tests. The data of bench evaluation indicate that the oxidation stability,anti-wear property and dispersancy of oil sludge can meet the requirements of automobiles.
