摘要
目的 观察肝脾肾瘀兼顾论治近期感音神经性聋临床效果,并探讨其中医与现代药理作用机制。方法 从肝脾肾瘀立论,以健脾益肾、疏肝理气、活血通窍法为主,结合现代药理及病因病机研究成果,进行遣方用药。选择病史1个月以内的突聋50例,随机设中西医结合治疗组与西医对照组各25例观察治疗;1～3个月的各种感音神经性聋20例,单纯应用中医治疗。结果 中西医结合治疗组无论治愈率、显效率或总有效率均明显优于西医对照组(P<0.05)。结论 以肝脾肾瘀兼顾论治近期感音神经性聋明显提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of a treating method properly considering the lesion status of Liver-Spleen-Kidney-Stasis and the underlying mechanisms of these effects. Methods The treating method was designed on the basis of supplementing the Spleen to boost the Kidney, coursing the Liver to regulate Qi and quickening the blood to free the orifices and in combination with a consideration on modern pharmacology of herbal medicine. Then, the prescriptipn was composed of according to this method. In this study, treated with this method were 25 cases with sudden deafness occurred within one month and 20 cases with sen-sorineural hearing loss attacking within one to three months. Results The total effective rate of treating group was significantly higher than that of controlling group (P<0. 05). Conclusion This treating method properly considering the lesion status of Liver-Spleen-Kidney-Stasis is more effective for the treatment of newly attacking sensorineural hearing loss than others.
